Queen of the skys! Pt1
Posted: Mon Jan 23, 2006 3:34 pmI've seen the Mag' article, read all the reviews, seen loads of screenshots so I had to give in!
Am now the proud owner of the PMDG 747-400 Queen of the skys. First impression? WOW! I don't have the best system speed or graphics wise but am more interested in instrument navigation anyway, this does not disapoint. The cockpit is incredible, especialy in VC mode. All the sounds and functions are there and a fully working CDU/FMC and SID/STAR database.

My first landing, not hard to hand fly but does take more concentration than the 'big Cessnas' that i'm used to!
Favorite livery so far, plenty more availble from the website,
Parked up with cargo and upper deck doors open.
