Going down to Miami for no particular reason.

What a coincidence!  A DC-3 parked next to me!

The radials explode into life with a roar:

And we take off, props turning and radials roaring

Turning towards miami

Over Miami and getting ready to land in the harbor:

Down and parked at the docks, up on land so boat wakes dont kill me

Now its time to prep the plane, we are going a long way south soon.....

I love the Discovery Channel! They always have some good things about aircraft... too bad about DiscoveryWings, we dont get it anymore...

Very nice shots!  ;)

What a nice line up in the first shot!
I think that DC-3 with floats is one of the most good looking planes ever.....I know you are happy with your toy.
Cheers

The float model can be had for free, but you need the MAAM-Sim payware DC3 package to use it. The latest version of the package includes the amphibian version.
