Ready to go!

Just lifting off...add a little throttle and off you go!

Image
A view of the 2D panel.  According to IRIS, it is realistic from the info they received from Lockheed.

Afterburners on

VC on the model...its OK, not the greatest

Finally...

A view of the Golden Gate Bridge w/ JSF in transition.

All in all, awesome model.  It really flys and responds well.  Well worth the money.

i would have to agree w/ you...not the greatest panel...everything is really small, very hard to read...it needs a HUD which im sure the real JSF has.

The JSF would most likely have helmet mounted sights instead of (or as well as) a hud.

Dont forget to download the VTOL gauge for the F-35 for great hovering!

And my repaints for this a/c, inc the F-35B Prototype, some RAF one, and a big fictional 'Demo Team' pack, with liverys for a number of counties which may use the JSF!

Can't say I'm a fan of the look of the F35 personally.
Nice model and shots though :)

yes but consider the contrary...would u rather have a fighter w/ a gaping hole in the front like Boeings version?  compared to that one...this girl is sexy!

one other question...where is the VTOL guage located at and what do i need to do to get it to work w/ this F-35?

you can get it from flightsim.com (search for "VTOL" and you'll find all the variations of the gauge, includig the one for the F-35)

You also need FSUIPC, works with the unregistered version.

Interesting plane... you need to get yourself a carrier by the looks of it, there are freeware ones if you don't want to shell out, can't remember the name of any but probably someone can...

Some nice shots but....the Freeware version is MUCH better.  In terms of cockpit, design, appearance, handling, etc.  Not to mention it works great with any Carrier add-on...it can be hard to land sometimes, but the pitch nob comes in handy...

You can get it here on SimViation at
