Bloody Darn!

Postby Omag 2.0 » Tue Jan 03, 2006 3:59 pm

I spent the whole evening setting up the Moach 737 in my favorite livery and installing all bells and whistles... panels, merges, fixes,... and the darn thing doesn't show up! FRUSTRATING!!!!! Must have done something wrong...  :-/  ;D

Anyway... I needed to blow off steam... I needed someting fast... like my good old Skyhawk! Screaming over Kuwait...

Ok pilot... free airspace... blast away! Don't mind the pink clouds... it's early... ;)

I can tell you this- You're not the only one to get frustrated by that install.. :( But it's worth it! ;D

My problem was that somehow the aircraft.cfg was screwed up.
Under "Model" it didn't say anything and I thought that was weird since there was a "v12" model folder after I installed the v.1.2 update, so I changed the "Model" line from "Model=(nothing)" to "Model=v12" or "Model=winglet"(or whatever the winglet model file is called). Then it worked perfectly- with dynamic VC and better flight dynamics, I still find the plane overpowered though, but it's become better.

Some very cool shots by the way! ;D
