Again stunning! I love the weather you have going in both the posts, is that real time or a set you built up yourself?

Thanks to all who replied
Crumbso,
Were you involved in making this because if you were than congratulations because this thing is great fun to fly and a great choice of models.
She is beautiful
Do you think that ALphasim might do one with a refuel probe I'd really like to see that.

The su-17m4 for example?...I saw some shots of a fitter payware model

Yup I was indeed involved in making it.
I am now a permanant member of Alphasim, I do all the sounds for the aircraft and sometimes help out with other stuff.
As far as I am aware only early models had a fuel probe, which was permanantly located on the nose. Later variants did not have any fuel probe. I am afraid we only modelled the later variants, but to a very high degree I think you'll agree lol.
Anyway we have alot more Russki and Cold War stuff coming up so look out for it.

Just saw this, if Alphasim did call it the Tu-23, then Alphasim goofed. Not to be to mean here, but that is the Tu-22M Backfire bomber-- the backbone of the Russian Navy's anti-ship fleet. It is the younger brother of the much older Tu-22 Blinder bomber which was a completely different design, although that may be why some call it the Tu-23. Cause they seem nothing alike.
