USA Tour Hop 21
Posted: Sat Nov 12, 2005 10:43 pmThree of us were heading south thru Massachusetts, cruising about 180. Fine visual weather for flying....... but clear air turbulence all the way. here jared is off my 9 o'clock.
Crossing over the coast headed to Block Island and our first landing at KBID. This airport had a bit of a short runway for the Baron. OK for landing, but had two notches of flaps on takeoff to head to KOXC in Connecticut...... and just got the nose up right at the numbers. :o
The three of us on the gorund at Oxford, Conn. For poor Nemo....it was 3:30 AM in the real world!! Man, .... is Avgas down here in Connecticut expensive!
