The water is freeware...suggested to me by Omag I think...

...forgot which tho... ::)

...and about the border, in Photoshop, go under "blending options" and then check "stroke"...i think...its the last one on the list..

Which Menu does Blending Options come under in Photoshop??? My version is CS.
