Play around with your UT settings.Had the same problem when I first loaded it, but now works beautifuly

Have you downloaded their patch?
http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_p ... 13032&PN=1When installing, MAKE SURE YOU READ THE DIRECTIONS TO TURN EVERYTHING ON, INSTALL PATCH THEN REBOOT AS THERE MAY BE ROGUE FILES LOCKED.
