I loaded up the Alphasim Seaking and flew an emergency mission off the coast of Belgium. It was tough, an almost exclusively instrument flight, except of course the landing.

At the outset the weather was still acceptable

But it soon gets worse

Just when nearing the briefed location we get a radio call that the missing boat has safely turned up in the Antwerp harbour. And for that I flew out all this way, in this weather!?

Well, headed back to base. Just a few more seconds for the landing and I can head back inside, to the warmth of the airbase...

That was it...   8)
