A few shots of the very nice Aeroplane Heaven Vought F-4U Corsair.

Royal Navy version in FS9.

CFS2 Royal New Zealand Air Force version.

Very nice model. CFS2 and 3 versions available as well as FS9.

Ah, yes, I forgot that you don't get into a turning dogfight with a Zero in a Corsair. I'm used to Spits

I got my a** shot off so many times it was hard to find a screen shot that did not feature me crashing and burning! ::)

Still it is a very, very nice aeroplane and plenty fast enough to run away and hide.

Kevin had to explain to me the different technique for fighting in a Corsair, an interesting lecture whilst I was floating from Malta to Italy :-[

But a good pilot should always be learning... damned Everest of a learning curve

If you look at the wing area on a Corsair compared to that on a Spit, I think you'll be surprised just how huge it is.
