Avro Vulcan B Mk 2 XH558, the first Vulcan B2 to enter RAF service and the last Vulcan to fly.

First into service. 230 OCU 1960.

Change of colours. Still with 230 OCU in 1970.

Squadron life. Into the eighties with 27 squadron in 1981.

Life after service. With the RAF Vulcan display flight in 1991.

Last landing. Into retirement at Bruntingthorpe in 1993.

Vulcan to the sky. A new lease of life in 2006?

absolutely superb shots the best iv'e seen of this superb craft..
the best package of any plane.. imo...i love it and can't wait to see this aircraft take to the air again in the near future.

Yes it will certainly be nice to see and hear one of those fly again...the V Bombers were always eye catchers where ever they went
