Will try too keep them within limits.

But what scale do you use ?

I have to use scale 75 % when saving the jpg otherwise they are too big.

Any tips are welcome.

I se Irfanview btw.

Scorpion, when I use irfanview, I click image size, keep aspect ratio and set it for 800 x 600. After I save it that size, I check to see if it is under 100K. I do not tend to change the resolution as thats one of the things I am not fond of in Irfanview. makes the image too fuzzy.

If after checking 800 x 600 for size, and I find it is over 100k I will keep aspect ratio checked and edit the sizer myself, changing the first number from 800 to something like 700 (which will automatically change the second number to its prospective size)

Screens 640 x 480 may be a little bit smaller, but they still have a great level of detail.

Hope that helps! And thank you for your understanding!  ;D

I use Irfanview. Easy to use. I think Lemoncat uses a program of some kind that has crystal clear images. Not sure what prog it is though
