What started out as a routine training mission, ended up giving Uncle Sam a jaw dropping "What happened?"
This bird means business!
Taking off normally
Blending in with the surroundings
During the training mission, the bird had an electronics and hydraulics failure while low on fuel. Not only that but this happened at the wrong time considering the destination was under heavy fog alert
Stuck in the fog, this Hog was unable to land safely, though the pilot ejected and no one was hurt in the tower. Just the loss of a fine aircraft.
