As I was leaving yesterday morning, I was graced by these beautiful birds as they prepared for their departures. You gotta love AI sometimes!!

Yeah, I love it when I see those AI DC-3's... you don't see them too often.

Side note:  :o That VC is AMAZING! The clarity is outstanding - just what I look for in a VC. Looks like I'm going to have to pick up that 210 sometime....

Great shots, dam how do you get your shots so crisp? I loose the crispness when the files are compressed to jpeg GRrrrrrr.  Still awsome detail.

Now to be Nitpickey.  You got a payware plane in two of those shots  ;)  I can tell your focus is on the DC3's but mine got moved to the payware section the other day so I'm being grumpy too  :P   Ozzy slapped my wrist and its still hurting and really effecting my flying  ;) ;D

Thank you very much everybody, I always do appreciate all the nice comments!  ;D

Not to be Nitpickey.  You got a payware plane in two of those shots
Just to clear something up, and this is my opinion on the whole "Freeware, Payware Screenshot " issue. I have copied a previous response to this same thing over in the Payware forum recently and here it is:
Stephen, I PM'd Airborne about this and asked who "gave him trouble" about posting shots with the Roads add on. Never heard from him. Anyway, this is the "grey" area of posting in the freeware and payware forums. I, being a Mod, will not question where somebody posts a picture if it has an add on like Roads. Your entire Sim NOW HAS THIS ADD ON and I don't think you need to only post in Payware because of it. Same thing goes for me if you have a Payware mesh. It is one thing if you are posting a thread with pictures saying, "Look at these shots with all the new roads I got from US Roads & this incredible mesh from USA land class!".  But if you are flying a not so good looking freeware aircraft against FS Genesis's USA terrain around some freeware scenery, I do not think it should go in the Payware forum.
People need to make their own judgment about this "grey area" and let the mods move it if it need be.

I emphasize my last sentance......
People need to make their own judgment about this "grey area" and let the mods move it if it need be.
The main shots were really about the DC-3's taxiing. So there are 2 cockpit shots of me looking out the window, unfortunately I was in a Carenado's "Payware" Cessna!  :P

Gixer,
I can tell your focus is on the DC3's but mine got moved to the payware section the other day so
I understand what you are saying but anything like a Lago Scenery should definitely go in the payware screenshot forum.  :P

I will end with this note: I being a Mod do not have rights above the rest of you! Even though I do have the "keys" to move, delete or edit a post, I try to do my best with any post I touch. Like I said, "People need to make their own judgment about this "grey area" and let the mods move it if it need be".

The real things I am concerned with in any of the Graphic forums, is the OVERSIZED IMAGES!!  :o
They bogs down the system and make the forums run slower. It is the ONE rule Pete has told us to really stay on top of.

Now let's get back to flying and thanks again for the comments!!

Cool shots.... Who cares where they are posted as long as they are posted... ;D

I will see the DC-3's parked on the ramp, and sometimes I will hear them over the radio, but I don't seem them actually flying.  In my FS9 they are like a ghost from the past that you will hear every now and then. ;D

Have you ever heard so much pettiness?
Here ya go, happy, I'll move my own post!

Gee, maybe I should just post over in the Payware, at least people are looking at the shots for enjoyment and not to judge where the hell it is posted!

Whether freeware or payware the art of the screenshots is what counts.

I can understand only that and nothing more.

And I think the art of Dave's shots really comes through.

Sometimes I wish he wouldn't crop the shots but that's just my view. LOL
