I live about an hour's flight from dubai and I've been through that terminal a few times on my way to England. Really nice terminal, very new and clean. Once stayed in a hotel room in there and the rooms are built into the structure itself (i think you can get ones that look out over the apron). The one problem was that you have to walk a long way to get from one place to another and its got a lot of stairs too.

From what I understand too is that the scenery is modelled as Dubai will be in 2008.  It doesn't have 2 terminals at the moment does it?
