I was attempting one of "Doherty's Difficult and Dangerous Approaches" in the default Learjet........ Volume 6, Timor Leste when I botched it bad.  Seemed simple until about 2000 MSL.  Watch the wind shear and then really strong uneven gusting cross winds from about there to ground level.  

Got suddenly blown off centerline....then over corrected to the left...... then I "parked it" when a wind gust stopped, I again overcorrected and hit the tail down hard in a slight stall.  (It's in "Payware" cause the engine mess back there is payware.)




Some of these flights he packages up are a bear  ;) .

Now I know why they call it a dangerous approach!

I will take the ferry next time....

Now the FBO where I started out is giving me a hard time about not being fully insured!  

What's a little tail strike?  Cummon.........
