... this is ok but my other pics are better but need to be smaller in file size? .... it must be something to do with the conversion out of photoshop to a .jpg ?

If you want to go into the " Freeware Screenshots " forum and read the thread called " File Sizes " (three from the top), you will get specific info on how to go about minimizing file sizes using Photoshop 6 and up.....
I have been told that it is fairly good for beginners....
