The VC EFIS displays EHSI and EADI would not display in FSX, and not in DX10 as well, the same goes for the Honeywell VSI, so I substituted the gauges from the stock MS Beechcraft King Air 350 because I like to fly from the VC when possible. I also run with two monitors, one is 25.5" 1900 x 1200, the other 15"1280 x 1024.
I have recently discovered somewhat of a fix for this, but only for the EHSI and EADI. If you look at Windows 15 and 16 in the VC Panel config, you will see the Number "2" after the coordinate pairs. If you add this at the end of the gauge coordinates for both EHSI and EADI, they will display in the VC, BUT!, they are static displays and do not respond to the aircraft's motion or adjustments to Heading or Course from the Autopilot. Now here is the weird part, if you click on the EHSI and EADI, you can drag them over to the second monitor, which is where I like to display Navigation Instruments, and now they become active, both on the large main display VC and the aux. small display with nav tools.
The Honeywell VSI is still another mystery that I've yet to solve.
