What, sitting in front of a bunch of control at 38,000ft?  ;D  You don't know what you are missing!

What else besides Alaska would I expect from you Dave.....the only way I can see those water textures working is if you make is seem like long exposure photos....like the Niagara river at night .....the water surface goes extremely flat but still, theres not all that much clear reflection..........nice job up north !

After seeing your shots i finally decided to buy Activesky and GEPro, it was well worth it! I might also get Ultimate terrain USA/Canada but i'm currently saving a bit of cash to get UT Europe. GEPro makes such an incredible difference, active sky too.

Couldnt agree more!  8-)

As for water, i would recommend flight 1's FS Water. Its fairly simple, but effective and, unlike REPro, you dont get those horrible lines.

Very Nice shots Fly. Say, how many of those packages that you used in those shots are payware ?

They are listed in his first posting.

I think he's implying that he read which packages were used but that he wanted to find out which were payware.

The only thing freeware in these shots is Real Environment Pro. But I think that Dave probably has mixed and matched all these packages to a degree that even he does not know which is what anymore ...

I'm in a good mood tonight, so here are the links to the packages ;)

Ultimate Terrain USA Canada
FS Genesis 19 & 38 meter mesh

FS Addon Misty Fjords
FS Addon Tongass
Aerosoft Freight Dogs Scenery
Flight Environment
Real Environment Pro
Ground Environment Pro
Active Sky

Enjoy ... make sure you have your credit card nearby ;D

Although I think I can safely say that I have the largest collection of Alaskan add-ons of the Simviation Community (over 400) I can't help you with the 'many Alaskan scenery freeware addons' Dave has used for these screenshots. You might want to check with him for that
