Postby krigl » Thu May 07, 2009 3:57 pm

Continuing my short tour around the red centre of Australia visiting some of Kman's lovely airstrips and enjoying a great variety of stunning textures on the way.

This time flying Lucy Creek Stn - Ampilatwatja - Urapuntja

The yeloow of the plane really shows up well with the back drop. ;)

I like that last shot. Looks like those buzzards are circling around waiting for their supper to die. ;)

It's because of your shots that I've chosen the Twin Comanche as my aircraft for the aussie tour I'm doing ;)

Thanks for the comments!

Subzero - the Twinkie is a very photogenic aircraft I think, though I'm using it a lot because I'm trying to learn how to fly it properly right now... good for eating up the miles when touring Oz too... enjoy the tour!! :)

J - I'm using walk and follow as a camera programme.

Cheers

Roger
