Click the "thumbnail" (large for a thumbnail...) to get the full size image. I could not compress it enough for these forums without either killing the quality completely or making it tiny, so I had to link it to Imageshack.
Note, the Imageshack link should give you the full size, full quality image! Just click the thumbnail and then click on the image again to make it larger.
