Coming in low...under the radar

Postby N2056 » Sat Oct 11, 2008 1:27 am

This is something I've been working on for many years...
The Thorp T-18 was introduced back in 1963, and has been a very popular design for homebuilders. My dad has built a few of them, and I grew up flying with him in the first one he made. I am close to completing a rendition of the current plane that we fly. It is fully detailed, with numerous custom animations...and will feature a friendly paint kit.

Look for it at FSD by the end of the year

Looks like a fun little plane! Do you fly out of Gillespie? I used to live just a few miles from there!
My specs... A hard drive, motherboard, graphics card, some memory, a keyboard, mouse, and monitor - in other words, nothing special.

Yep, Gillespie is the home base. Dad's hanger is 5 minutes away if the stoplights cooperate!

And thanks to all for the kind words
