Qatar flight part 1.

Postby Reno » Sat May 10, 2008 3:32 pm

Lately I've been flying a lot of Qatar and doing a lot of "Renovations" at Doha International and so here are two shots I just took a couple minutes ago, before FS9 crashed, I'll finish the flight up later today and post the shots of the cruise, approach and landing.

Simmer's Sky A330-300 dressed up in Qatar's new colours taxis along, nice treat to see an AI A-340-600 taking off!

Take off, heading to Kuwait! More Qatar planes in the background at my custom "Heavies terminal"

Sorry 'bout the compression, my computers been acting up lately.

Cheers

Nice ... Qatar indeed has a nice livery! Though have you seen the Yellow and Red Doha's by McPhat yet? They are just stunning!

You might want to consider moving the camera a little closer to the ground and tilting it up. I believe that having the camera closer to the ground will give a shot more impact. Maybe that is because there is less foreground and more sky in the shot that way or maybe it is just my personal taste ...

I've been working intesively with the Recorder Module for this months contest and you can get some amazing results. I found that you could get results very, very close to Walk & Follow. The only difference is that Walk & Follow is a little easier to use ...

Sorry 'bout the compression

I don't find it disturbing ... I can hardly see it ;)

Awesome livery and birds there, and a lucky capture in the first. Walk and Follow is brilliant, I thoroughly recommend it. If only there was one for FSX  :'(

What can you do in W&F that you can't with default cam?

Psst ... Roger ... click here ;)

Well ... this, or this ... With Walk & Follow you can create some very, stunning, amazing, crazy and cool angles.
You can pan, roll, tilt, zoom et cetera, et cetera ... it is probably the best piece of software for screenshooting.

What a happy coincidence!!

So you're good to go then eh?

But tell me, Roger - I don't know how it is in the Tsjech Republic, but why did you buy your wife a mothersday present?

Shouldn't you have gotten your mother something?
