Me too! Clever shot but you're too low for a carrier landing :P

But winning the Screenshot Contest does not give you more privileges ;D
You might want to consider splitting this tread up. There are waaay to many images in it. The 150/600 rule remember? ;)

It just looks that way because of where the camera is. I actually checked via the VC because I knew someone would mention that, and I'm on the ball.

Thanks for the comments!

Oh yeah ... very true. I forgot that it were different beams that 'change color' according to how high you are in relation to the carrier's deck.

Thanks for the reminder :-[

Its been a while since ive seen one of these! Interesting angles, nice shots..!

In my GCSE art exam way back when, i drew a 'landing on the carrier' scene from inside the cockpit of a A-6 intruder, which is very similar.

Took me back a bit anyway :D

I use FSX and the carrier is the Acceleration default but placed with the AI Carriers utility by Lamont Clark.

Yes: try SF-Bay it's nice there and btw there's a default carrier cruising near the coast (if you don't possess accelleration)...

Actually, it still is number 2, I just took off the image tags for number 1, to make it fit the 600k max.
