Just two for now...

Postby ThomasKaira » Sun Dec 16, 2007 1:50 am

The first was supposed to be for a series of shots displaying an arrival into KLAX, but that was cancelled when FS9 started acting... very strange.... (All the dropdown menus dissapeared except the thirs party menus, and the big red X would no longer function. Not to mention any attempt at a menu-based keystroke would simply do nothing but make the screen flicker. :-X)

The second, well, it is from a flight I am being forced to redo do to a blackout. They seem to have become more frequent this year, so maybe me and Ramos should have a quick word with PNM?

Do mind that the flight I'm (re)doing is 12 hours long (VHHH to EDDF) so it will be a while before you see me back. ;)

It almost seems like MS is screwing with all copies of FS9 to get people to buy FSX ;D
Nice shots although the second one looks a bit odd.... I don't think that the CLS A330 looks good from that angle and that time but night shots are hard ::)  :)

Very nice first shot ... I really like your use of color. Your contrails look a bit odd though ...

You might want to try this, but Nick Needham has done some excellent smoke effects. You might like those too ...
