Return To Frankfurt...LH 447

Love this bird 8-)  Opened up a whole new mess of routes to fly

Spent an hour and a half in Denver before loading up and returning to Europe.  Pushing back with a full load, nearly at MTO.  Its about 5:30 PM.  

Used every bit of Runway 16R's 16,000 feet to get airborne, crossing runway 7/25 with beautiful landscape in the background 8-)

Made a slight bank after takeoff giving a good overview of the airport including our departure runway.  Always liked the 600's engines...look a lot more powerful then its sisters hairdryers

Not long after departure the sun begins leave for the night.  Have about 9 hours ahead of us with the predicted tailwinds.

Foggy fall morning in Frankfurt as we make our approach for 7L.  Arrived about 1/2 hour early.


Next stop...not sure yet, might do a couple small European hops before going on another long haul.

Indeed it is. The fog makes it look very realistic for an approach into Frankfurt in fall/autumn.
But - although you cut part of the wing - I think the first is very nice too ...
