Tell me something Roger...Do VOZ textures just cover Australia or do they cover the entire world...It'd be pretty weird flying around Europe with Aussie textures I'd say...

Yes they do. They suit some places  though, like South Africa, South America, New  Zealand maybe. There's an option to have normal trees instead of Eucalypts for that reason.

That's why it uses a switcher - you 'VOZ' to fly in Australia, and 'UNVOZ' to get your old textures back, whatever they were. It takes about 30 secs  :) This area is a special region  of photoreal textures though, they  look normally like the textures in the last shot. There are many nicely done airports in VOZ - you hardly need to download any other scenery for Austrlia... VOZ is the bitchin'est freeware project out there!!
