TIP FROM KIP: the higher you are the better the ground textures will look. Compare shot 2 to shot 7 for example ...

The only thing with that is Apaches fly very very close to the ground, I fact I was just watching a show and it said the Apache is more land vehicle than air , I would try pausing the sim and turning up the scenery settings than taking the shot 8-)

Yes it is initially designed as a low flying attack chopper..
