Pacific Coast Tour #12: Leaving Kodiak Island

I finally took some time to continue my 'Tour of the Pacific Coast' ...

In the last post you saw me arriving at Akhiok Airport, one of the BFU Hubs where I met up with TSC.
He needed a bigger aircraft to haul some cargo and he could better use the D18 for that.

Along the way we thought that it would be nice to exchange our planes.

So today I'm leaving Akhiok Airport to continue my tour in TSC's Beech Twin Bonanza (aircraft here and BFU repaint here).

Oh no, wait - now I remember, I had to get some cargo to Yakutat, we had some Moosehead beer & if I remember correctly, a plan was formulated............

My time on Kodiak Island is just a blur. S'pose I'd best crawl out of this bed & fire up the D-18.
