PMDG 747-400 Video

Postby Steve_Butka » Fri Aug 19, 2005 10:56 am

For those interested, I've made a video of the PMDG 747 in Virgin livery from KJFK- EGLL.

The file should be done uploading by 12:10EST so if it doesn't work right now try again in a few minutes.

The file size is 78meg, but it's got a lot of nice footage and some good tunes in it so if you have some time, give it a whirl.

Great video, but was that framerate as a result of the conversion to video or was that the actual framerate when you played?  Don't think I could fly with that....

I was very disappointed in some of the playbacks I got.  I run a pretty top of the line machine and I really would never even touch FS2004, let alone pay $55 for the PMDG 747 if I experienced this kind of stuttering.

With that, I really just wanted to demonstrate the POMDG 747 a little bit.  I'm going to make a better video sometime soon, I just figured I'd get this one out because I was running late for work and quite frankly was tired of editing it with the stuttering.

I promise I will look into enhancing its playback in future videos. :)

Yeah, I've heard it's pretty common for some programs to severely decrease framerate-looking forward to even better ones ;)
