Postby paulb » Tue Dec 02, 2003 1:05 pm

Hi

This is the Aeroplane Heaven Spitfire that I recently repainted in Douglas Bader markings. I hope that you like it.

Cheers Paul  ;)

Hi Ozzy

I cant honestly remember. (Old age!  :(  )

The best buy is the BoB set which includes the Spitfire, Hurricane and Me109E. I think that it cost around

Great shots, and a nice plane.
I'm just not a very big fan of the 'ol spitfire.
Or any old military plane at that.  :P

Paul:
What can I say, words fail me, that, and the fact I am drooling like big dog on a hot day.  If it were freeware, I'd be downloading right now, not talking to you.  ;)  Being poor sucks. Great repaint and beautiful pics. Thanks.

Many thanks Fido  ;)

You might want to look at the AH site. You can buy individual aircraft there, I think.

If you do buy one and want the DB texture just let me know.

Is my memory playing up again or did Aeroplane Heaven once have free sample downloads of some of their aircraft? Thought I had them once before my HD fried & I lost the blinkin' lot. ::)

PS. Back up, back up. I must remember. Back up.

Thanks Hawker Tempest 5  ;)

Is that a Corgi by any chance?

Hi Hagar

Yes, AH still offer some free downloads. Just register there and enter the members section.

Cheers Paul  :)

HT5   -   Good news for you. Some of those older Spitfires are selling for high prices on EBay now  ;)

Hi HT5

Hey! that's quite a collection! They are making nice models  :) I have a few myself  ;).

But that's one of the great things about FS - you can have 500 aircraft and they don't take up any space!!!!!
