Ah yes, Chicago Meigs... Can't remember how many times I tried taking off, then turning left to try to go through these antennas :D
Thanks for the nostalgia, Dave ! I'll probably trigger a few flights there in MSFS as well :)

I kind of discovered that place with FlightSimulator 5... I mean, I had seen it in one of the earlier versions (maybe 4.0...) but it was not really recognizable at that time.
I clearly remember my "wow" reaction the first time I triggered a flight around Meigs at night time, with the illuminated building windows. It looked fantastic at that time.

FS98 it was the default airport, one of the tutorial 737 flight started at Meigs.

Ah, yes, I remember that FS98 tutorial flight! Meigs was the heart of the sim world back then — simple, iconic, and perfect for testing out new planes and bad landings

Good old Meigs Field. I was obsessed with that when I 1st got FS and flew to every airport around. Basically how simviation was born! :lol: :lol: :lol:

Thanks for the alert Daube. I have removed that I will search others and watch out for future and perhaps Levi you might answer that good question?

Flying between the antennas was mandatory like also flying under the Golden Gate Bridge.
