Nice pictures Jetranger. I really like the first one. I haven't messed with the pmdg 747 for ages. Is this one the FS9 or FSX version? Has the FSX version seen many improvements from when it first came out years ago? I guess what I am asking is it really worth buying?

This is the FSX Version, Queen of the Skies , couldn'r tell ya about previous versions.

as far as buying it, its a nice aircraft, but your system definetly needs to be able to handle the Graphics or, it'll be useless to ya.

I wouldn't want to try it on just a off the shelf - Store bought computer tho, and expect much.

Thanks for the info Jetranger. I always build my own computers (towers) except for this laptop I'm on right now. I'm in pretty good shape right now. MSI GD-80 MB, 8gb ddr3 (1600) ram, I7 870 cpu 2.94GHz, Nvidia GTX660TI video card, Corsair 850 watt PS, this MSI MB has the overclock Genie on it, and just by setting a button on the MB before bootup it auto overclocks the cpu to 3.99GHz on air cooling. Nice motherboard running Win7 Pro 64bit. I would like to upgrade one more time though before I get to old. Just turned 72 today. Yeah, I know, another "Old Fart". I think I might have to buy that 747 this year. I like the looks of it in your screenshots. Thanks again.
