For the VA I scheduled in some Sea Plane bases, short hops to keep the flying interesting, and pretty much a hands operation at all times. The scenery was constantly changing all the time as I would fly 1000msl. pretty much all the time over the rivers and lakes and use the sectionals to navigate the waterways. It is a different type of flying 4sure

The aircraft I painted is a MAMMS XC-47C, a twin I concider to the DC-3 in 1967 colors just like "Ole 728" while North Central still had the aircraft as a VIP transport until 1979. Which now hangs in the Ford Museum in Dearborn MI. painted in Northwest Colors, but that's a different story.

Sure would like to see her on Amphibious Floats...that would be awesome....

Thanks for the replies, seems I'm flying allot and I do enjoy this type of flying as well from time to time. It breaks things up for a person when I fly for the VA. Have a great day fellas.
