Amazing creation from Milton!

Flight Simulator? Much more than just flight!


I'm waiting for the day someone comes up with cars that handle like real with ability to drive on realistic roads ....... all in FS (or P3D) .... O0

It is possible to go lower & slower, but this'll do for me. :D


A couple of notes;

BIG NOTE: The latest version of FSUIPC is Required for the HMS Bounty to work.

Realism settings should be set to "Hard" for best Wind Effects (Will not work on "Easy" realism in FSX).

If you have Prepar3d, set the "water detail" to Ultra. (I don't know it the "Bathymetry" made any difference.)

If you have Accu-Feel you'll want to change some settings to suit you. And if you don't have Accu-Feel you're really missing out on the power to control subtle effects that really enhance the flight experience.

Thank you for the comments and we are happy to see you having fun with the Bounty. :-)

By the way, I forgot to remove that realism comment as version 1.1 no longer requires Realism set to Hard. It now does not matter what you set it at.

If you are running this in P3D 2.4 or 2.5, be advised that if you run TacPac or FSTramp, they must be disabled for the Bounty to sail.

BTW, Rob Barendregt and I worked on my Pinto Stock car to have it handle correctly on roads, concrete, dirt, grass, etc. She can work as a manual or auto transmission, has switchable traction control, variable steering, reverse, headlights, tail lights, brake lights, and runs great in all terrains, except water of course. :-) I drove it over mountain passes, dual highways, and raced it around KDFW, lots of fun. :-)

He will be releasing that any day now.

Once I get used to Blender, one of my "to do's" is a Herkimer Battle Jitney. :mrgreen:

I don't think I'll be able to solve the "slip and slide" of ground vehicles though.

(Didn't see the 1:12 post from Milton. I guess R B has the "slip and slides" covered!)

No rush there, Prepar3d still has a way to go.

And every time that they make it better, it seems to break things for some people.

Well, I don't know about realistic roads, but I surely can fill in the "handle like real" (with limitations, of course) part of our wish.....
