This is my winter paint of an RCAF CF-100 Canuck, also known as The Clunk. The numbering is fictional, but I chose 416 to represent the 416 Squadron AWG (all weather group) who, in the Clunk's day, were based out of CFB St. Hubert, Quebec, which was just south-east of the city of Montreal. This is the same plane my Uncle flew during his time in the forces, one William Ferguson, or Fergie as they nic-named him. He passed in a plane crash while training other pilots in 1962, a year before I was born, and I never did get to meet him however I did a Google search, and lo & behold, there is a page dedicated to his squadron, and there were several photos of the squadron members including Uncle Bill. It was via the info on their website that I learned what he flew and when.

Well, not a lot, it's cropped down, and I put a polarizer filter to it. The polarizer is from corel7.
