I don't do much editing (mainly due to lack of skill or knowhow).
If I do edit something I use this: http://www.gimp.us.com/gimplp2/index-ya ... g_wb_at&k={keywords}&pk=1569-10
It's easy to use and simple enough for me to use it :)
