Like I keep telling you, get Roads & Rivers first, then get the Rotorua/Tauranga package!

P.S. The Rotorua floatplane base which is part of the airport package requires Roads & Rivers. If it's not installed, the layout of the floatplane base is really screwed up.

First you need the roads & rivers, then it's the airport, then you need the floatplane bases, and so on, etc...
