The default one, but with my paint. Just adjusted the color levels and sharpened slightly.

If God intended aircraft engines to have horizontally opposed engines, Pratt and Whitney would have made them that way.

I remembered Baby Blue!  :-)

Don't know why they make default aircraft so difficult to paint!

I also like the fact you feathered your props in the 4th shot.
Just curious - why?

Nice Larry...very nice... :)

That 2nd shot I have looked at several times and the more I look at it for some reason I think that is one of your better shots.
It is such a simple looking shot but it really shows the aircraft and that is what it is all about.

Hi Larry... :)

I went back and looked at that 2nd shot again.

Not sure what it is that draws me to that shot, the livery, not sure but that shot just brings out the characteristics of that aircraft and I have said over and over to myself, "he put all the colour at the rear" now I know why.

I think if the aircraft was in an all metal finish, in the same shot, I do not think you would have got the aircraft to stand out so simply beautifully as you have done.

I am certainly no professional on pictures or screenshots but when something catches my eye like this did I don't mind telling someone I like it.

but do you know about Nick's Lights? Gets rid of that Christmas light look on the nav lights. You can find it here on the V. Search for Nick Needham.

Also like the fact you feathered your props in the 4th shot.

[color=#000000]No, I did not know. But I will certainly look for it now. Thanks.

Sorry, I don't fly realistic very often, so I have to look in assignments any time I want to feather. (you will get old and forgetful one day too.

... use the ATC ID in the aircraft.cfg; plain black, small.

Are you aware that you can customize the size and color of the default reg numbers?

The parameters for the aircraft.cfg are explained in the "Aircraft Container SDK". You can get a download link here - http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555857

Another handy guide for changing the color is available here - http://library.avsim.net/esearch.php?DLID=43809

It will show you how to have 16 million color choices for your reg numbers for the default planes.

Hope this helps.

cheers,
Joe

P.S. Nice pics BTW. And the default FS9 Baron feathers it's props every time you shut it done. Pretty sure the real ones don't do that.
Don't argue with idiots, they drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
