Looks like a Lego aircraft, with the ground scenery taken from FS98.
The water makes it look like FS9/X though.

The colour of the Aircraft's nose...an inspiration for the painting; "Bowl with Daffodils".... ....!

Or vice versa? - not too many Luftwaffe pilots into Van Gogh.
