I tried to make it look as if it was quite misty and then have the lights shining through. I'm not sure if I succeeded but thanks 

TBH....Hard on the eyes :-/

ps.  i too flew the grob vigilant with the cadets. up in RAF Kinloss. great fun! if the weather hadn't got too bad and i got my last flight in, i would have been the last person in the UK to learn to fly before the millenium.

One thing that's hard on these old eyes is your position lights -reversed.

Goodness... Red goes on the left doesn't it 

I just followed the lights that were already there and stuck brighter versions on top of them
