I guess it was an honest mistake (and possibly a shot with ENBSeries bloom etc.. making it non-edited)

Some people don't read the rules either

Might be HDR or somthing, someone else posted a pic with this type lighting  :-/

It is not photo shop, and I went through the rules before I posted and got to rule 6 and I rememberd this shot so I edited it and posted.
It is gimp and paint.net
