here's my first attempt to replicate a tilt shift effect with photoshop elements. I still need some training to get it right.

(When I was a kid I had a model airport in 1:72 with different coloured LEDs for runway and taxiways - it was fantastic)

Thats a really nice edit. Looks to me like you got it spot on with your first try. Great image.
