Posted: Sat Sep 19, 2009 5:31 pmI didn't even add blur. I am using Paint.NET to save and GIMP to add the lens flare. Paint.NET lets you save the image with the highest quality possible.
By the way, my image is entirely scratch built. I did not modify yours.
