Another old lady

Another set from the Screenshot Showdown, this time not quite so successful - both the plane and my contest shot (the second one), which got well and truly trounced by Mictheslik. I knew pink was a bad idea... ::) ;D

All of them are great, and the first two are really good in flight shots. I love the way the Comet breaks away from the camera/chase plane, its almost like its toying with it.

Cheers gents!!!

Mic, the third one might have tipped the balance in my favour..... but if editing had been allowed you'd have pulled an awesome composite out of your sleeve and trounced me again, probably  ::) ;D

Again great shots.

Again the first one is a lovely composition. The high front quarter angle really shows the aircraft off well - it shouts 'Comet' as soon as you see it. I always think instant recognition of the aircraft type is as important as the lighting.
