One thing which you may want to look at...  The reflection will always show more of the underside of the subject than you can see of the subject itself.   Slewing the plane upwards 5-10ft and getting a shot of more of the underside will make a better reflection.  Check my Blackbird shot in this forum for a clear example.   I hope this helps!
