Well, you see, Gentlemen, it's one thing to bring down squadrons of Stalinists flying tinkered-with farm machinery and something altogether different attempting to bring down a Brit in a proper aeroplane.

As soon as Herr Emil saw the Hurricane's markings he should have ran away. "Run away! Run away!" That's Sir Douglas Bader! "You're toast, Hunny!"

Last but not least, the Luftwaffe never came to grips with the essential fact of the matter. God is a Brit... AND he's RAF!
