I think that fs rain is c..p that is why i didn't put it on 8-)

If I might recommend: try blurring the layer with the raindrops on it a little.  That might make it look more like it wasn't created on PhotoShop.

Then why not make your own rain? It's fun and if you do it right it will greatly enhance your pic.  ;)
