Actually - the missile is being fired from the right wing, yes? Looks to me like it's from the left, but then I've never seen a missile fired in flight....

Plus, I don't think that the AIM-9 is a "dump and away" missile at all.
It maybe drops like a few inches before firing away.

Posted: Wed Feb 14, 2007 4:20 pmHeretic is correct, AIM-9's are rail launched....they come straight off the launcher instead of dropping away from the aircraft.

I noticed one other thing - the tail numbers are the same.
Still a really good - looking edit though, compositionally and colour-wise!
