OK I'm back with some more edits... Not much just a bit of retouching here and there... Enjoy! ;)

Image
What I did: Motion Blur. Auto Colour. Auto Contrast.

Probably my favourite. :) There is a very small amount of heat-blur around the exhaust. Touched up with burn, dodge etc.

Third attempt at heat blur...

These are my greatest yet but I don't feel good about these edits because I used auto colour/contrast...  :-[

Comments are appreciated.  ;)

I like the second one anyways, dont feel bad about auto color and contrast. I have found its not really needed in game shots but ore for real photos. It is really easy to do the color, all you need to do is look at the pic and decide if it needs a certain color or has to much. If you have a pic of grass but the grass looks too red you will move the slider away from red and townard blue I think it is. Although I mess with contrast a lot in edits to make a dramatic feel you should never need to touch it, instead use 'Levels.' When you open up the levels box you should see a thing with a big black wave/s and 3 little sliders one is white, black, gray. Basically what you are doing is taking out all the pure whites and blacks and replacing with color making the pic much richer. To do the move the black slider to the edge of the wave it is closest too(right where the black ends) and do the same with the white slider on its side. The gray slider will adjust the brightness, you can play with it a bit.

I wish I had a screen shot to show you, anyways remeber colors then levels. Again contrast is nice to make cool effects but it is not tool of choice because it can cause jaggies and things.
